Disclaimers Image Rights & Usage: Helana Link retains copyright of all images. Clients receive usage rights for personal use UNLESS otherwise agreed in writing prior. Editing Style: Final edits reflect the photographer’s artistic style. Requests for alternative styles may incur additional fees or may not be accepted. Absolutely no RAW files are given out.  Payment & Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the session. Full payment is due before your photo gallery is released. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Clients must provide advance notice (e.g., 48–72 hours) to reschedule. Weather reschedules are permitted. Cancellations may result in forfeited deposits. Liability Limitations: The photographer is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, acts of nature) that may impact the shoot. Model Release: Unless opted out in writing, the photographer may use images for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes. Reshoot Information Reshoots, if approved, are subject to the photographer’s availability and must be scheduled within 72 hours of viewing your photo gallery. By scheduling a reshoot, you are unable to use ANY photos taken from the previous session. All photos from the previous session get deleted once the reshoot is done. Clients are only allowed one retake. Retakes will  not be approved for the following circumstances:  ​Client No-Show  Children or Pet being uncooperative If a reshoot is required due to technical errors (e.g., corrupt files, equipment failure, etc.)  a free complimentary reshoot will be arranged at the earliest availability.
